A/ Registered air-mail (small package/ international parcel)
-Cheaper way for shipment, it normally takes 7~10days in delivery.
- If the delivery takes more than 2weeks(14days), it will may be
1/ Detained at customs - wait around a month ~3months shipment, please contact with your local post office or custom for the parcel.
2/Lost - we will not be responsible for this shipment method, no refund and no re-send.
B/EMS
- More fast and safe for the delivery but more expensive than registered air-mail.
- Normally, it will take few days or a week.
- If the delivery is late,
1/ Detained at customs - wait around a month ~ 3months shipment, please contact with your local post office or custom for the parcel.
2/Lost - we will refund( items's price) / re-send the items
Pre-order Terms
Pre-order
1/ Pre-order is no stock in the shop, it will ship when the factory finish the production.
2/ There is the period for discount sell, it will list on the content.
3/ Expected shipment date will write on the content, but sometimes it will delay for some reasons, please confirm you can wait and not rush for the item(s).
4/ Normally, the pre-order item can not be canceled.
Order Terms
Cancellation.
1/ The order cannot be canceled for no reason.
2/ It can be cancelled by

- Sometimes our stock will be incorrect, we will send email for the missing item(s),
then you can change / refund/ cancel the item/ order.

Return/Refund for damage product.
