Pre-order
1/ Pre-order is no stock in the shop, it will ship when the factory finish the production.
2/ There is the period for discount sell, it will list on the content.
3/ Expected shipment date will write on the content, but sometimes it will delay for some reasons, please confirm you can wait and not rush for the item(s).
4/ Normally, the pre-order item can not be canceled.

Cancellation.

1/ The order cannot be canceled for no reason.
2/ It can be cancelled by
> A. Missed stock of items by us.
> B.Long time for waiting pre-order items.

Sold item out of stock.
- Sometimes our stock will be incorrect, we will send email for the missing item(s),
then you can change / refund/ cancel the item/ order.

Additonal/combined order.
We will take charges and more shipping fee for addtional/combined order if it is needed.
Please contact us for details.
If the order have been shiped out, it can not add any more items for the order.

Return/Refund for damage product.
Please take the photo of damage part, and we will re-send /re-fund after confirming.
